OPEN POSITIONS

Founder's Associate (m/f/d)
You will work directly with a co-founder to grow the business in the personal care industry and prepare the next funding round. In this role you will take ownership of diverse projects to develop the company and gather invaluable insights into the daily business of building a technology startup.

Responsibilities
• Help build up market intelligence, work on pricing strategy, guide product roadmap, help collect data from customers, learn B2B stakeholder management
• Design a sales process, prepare lead-specific material and engage key partners
• Create and deploy our marketing strategy working on content and growth
• Contribute to the fundraising process and support investor communication
• Design and lead a range of projects including designing, presenting, and implementing your ideas

Your Profile
• A track record of driving a variety of projects without losing speed or quality, breaking down complex work streams into manageable projects, determining priorities, and setting timelines
• Identify and solve challenges before they become blockers
• Handle a high degree of ownership and self-management
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• Preferably previous professional experience in business development or B2B sales

Business Development – Intern/Working Student (m/f/d)
You will work directly with a co-founder to grow the business in the personal care industry and prepare the next funding round. In this role you will take ownership of diverse projects to develop the company and gather invaluable insights into the daily business of building a technology startup.

Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Support the sales process and prepare lead-specific material
• Bring our marketing strategy to live by working on content and growth
• Contribute to the fundraising process and support investor communication

Qualifications
• Relevant educational background and prior work experience
• Organize your work independently and break down complex problems into a structured action plan
• Fluency in English, German is a plus

Nice-to-haves
• You have professional experience in business development or B2B sales
• You have experience in the personal care industry
